Roblox Account Linking

When you connect Roblox, we store your Roblox user ID, username, display name, avatar URL, linked time, and verification time so asset claims and downloads can be tied to the correct account. We do not store Roblox passwords. You can unlink Roblox accounts from Profile or request deletion through Contact/Data Deletion.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Alectra Studio (alectrastudio.com), we collect the following information: • Discord Account Data: Username, user ID, and avatar when you log in via Discord OAuth2 • Usage Data: Number of conversions, features used, and activity timestamps • Uploaded Files: Audio files you upload for conversion are processed on our server and deleted immediately after conversion • Payment Data: For Pro subscriptions, payment is processed by Tripay. We do not store your payment details (card numbers, bank accounts, etc.)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: • Provide and improve our audio conversion service • Manage your account and subscription (Free/Pro) • Send important notifications about your account • Prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service • Analyze usage to improve the service

3. Data Storage

• Account data is stored on our secure server • Uploaded audio files are processed in temporary storage and automatically deleted after conversion (within minutes) • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes • Payment transactions are handled by Tripay (tripay.co.id) — please refer to their privacy policy for payment data

4. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to: • Keep you logged in (session cookie) • Remember your language preference • Store your converter settings and history locally in your browser We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: • Discord — for authentication (login) • Tripay — for payment processing • Roblox Open Cloud API — for direct audio upload to Roblox (only when you connect your Roblox account) • Cloudflare — for CDN and DDoS protection

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request deletion of your account and data • Opt out of any non-essential data collection To exercise these rights, contact us via Discord or email.
