Roblox Auth Terms

By linking a Roblox account, you confirm that the Roblox account belongs to you and may be used for asset claim validation, download eligibility, license checks, and store delivery. One Roblox account cannot be linked to multiple Alectra users at the same time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Alectra Studio (alectrastudio.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Alectra Studio provides an online audio conversion tool that allows users to: • Convert audio files between formats (MP3, WAV, FLAC, OGG, AAC, OPUS) • Adjust playback speed, amplification, and EQ settings • Import audio from YouTube and SoundCloud • Upload converted audio directly to Roblox The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. User Accounts

• You must log in with a valid Discord account to use the full service • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account • You must not share your account with others • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Alectra Studio to: • Convert or distribute copyrighted content without permission • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures • Use automated tools to abuse the service • Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

5. Pro Subscription

• Pro subscriptions are non-refundable once activated • Subscriptions expire after the specified duration (17 or 30 days) • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 7 days notice • Pro features are subject to change with reasonable notice • Accounts found abusing the service may have Pro revoked without refund

6. Intellectual Property

• Alectra Studio and its original content are owned by us • You retain ownership of files you upload • By uploading files, you grant us a temporary license to process them for conversion • We do not claim ownership of any audio content you convert

7. Limitation of Liability

Alectra Studio shall not be liable for: • Loss of data or files • Service interruptions or downtime • Any indirect or consequential damages • Issues arising from third-party services (Discord, Roblox, Tripay)

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
